NFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Parliament and Council from April 27, 2016, we inform that:

1. The Personal Data Administrator is the “CENTRUM MEDIACJI SPORTOWEJ DAUERMAN” Foundation, located in Wrocław at ul. 2. Providing your personal data in incoming correspondence or a telephone conversation is voluntary, but necessary to respond to the presented issue;
3. The processing of your personal data to provide a response to the presented issue is based on Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Parliament and Council from April 27, 2016, and in accordance with the principles specified in this Regulation;
4. Your personal data will be disclosed solely for the purpose of conducting mediation;
5. You have the right to access the content of your data, obtain a copy of it, rectify, delete, limit processing, and the right to data portability;
6. Personal data will be stored for the period necessary to respond to the presented issue;
7. The recipients of the data will be only institutions authorized by law;
8. The data you provide will not be disclosed to third parties;
9. The data administrator will not transfer personal data to a third country or international organizations without your consent;
10. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you believe that the processing of personal data concerning you violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Parliament and Council from April 27, 2016.
