Privacy Policy of the Sports Mediation Center

  1. Scope of Application
    1. The administrator of the website www.centrummediacjisportowej.pl and the Personal Data Administrator is the “SPORTS MEDIATION CENTER DAUERMAN” FOUNDATION based in Wrocław at ul. Powstańców Śląskich 9, 53-332 Wrocław (building MIDPOINT 71, CITYSPACE I floor), entered into the National Court Register under the number KRS: 0000573893, NIP: 8992772803, REGON: 362437239, email: biuro@centrummediacjisportowej.pl, tel. +48 501 518 391 (hereinafter: Administrator, ADO).
    2. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to define the actions taken by the Administrator in terms of protecting personal data processed, including those collected via the website http://www.centrummediacjisportowej.pl.
    3. Personal data refers to all information that can identify you, such as your name and surname, telephone number, and email address provided by you using contact forms and application forms. When we refer to the term “process” or “processing” in this document, we mean all activities and operations performed on your personal data (e.g., their storage or analysis for the purpose of providing you services).
  2. Information about the ADO
    1. Contact with the ADO can be made by traditional mail to the registered address, by email or by phone. Contact details are indicated in point 1.1 of this Privacy Policy.
  3. Purpose, Legal Basis, and Principles of Personal Data Processing
    1. Personal data of individuals using contact forms and application forms (hereinafter referred to as: Users) are processed for the purpose of:
      1. concluding and performing contracts within the services conducted by ADO (art. 6 sec. 1 letter b) GDPR);
      2. conducting direct marketing activities in the form of an email newsletter, based on given consent (art. 6 sec. 1 letter a) GDPR);
      3. providing responses to presented issues, which constitutes our legally justified interest (art. 6 sec. 1 letter f) GDPR);
      4. possibly establishing, pursuing, or defending against claims, which constitutes our legally justified interest (art. 6 sec. 1 letter f) GDPR).
    2. Personal data are processed for the following period:
      1. for the purpose of concluding and performing the contract – for the duration of negotiations and the contract, and after its termination until the expiration of any claim limitation periods,
      2. for the purpose of conducting direct marketing activities in the form of an email newsletter – until the User withdraws consent,
      3. for the purpose of providing responses to presented issues – until the matter in which they were collected is resolved.
    3. Providing personal data for the purpose mentioned in point 3.1 letter a) is voluntary but is a condition for concluding a contract. In case of not providing data, we may refuse to make you an offer and conclude a contract. Providing personal data for the purpose mentioned in point 3.1. letters b), c) is voluntary. If you do not provide data or do not give consent, we will not be able to inform you directly about our current offer or provide responses to presented issues in the future.
  4. Personal Data Subject Rights
    1. Every User has the right to access the content of their data and receive a copy of it, rectify, delete or restrict processing, object to the processing of personal data based on a legally justified interest, and the right to data portability.
    2. If processing is based on consent, the User has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
    3. The User has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if they believe that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR or other laws on data protection.
    4. Concerning the exercise of their rights and withdrawal of consent, you can contact the ADO using the details indicated in point 1.1 of this Privacy Policy.
  5. Cookies
    1. Cookies (English: cookies) are small files saved and stored on your computer, tablet, or smartphone while you visit various websites. A cookie usually contains the name of the website it comes from, the “lifetime” of the cookie (i.e., the duration of its existence), and a randomly generated unique number used to identify the browser connecting to the website.
    2.
